Shipping policy

- We ship within the United States only.
- Orders ship within 2 to 4 business days. During launches and new drops, please allow a few extra days while we pack everything with love. If your order will be noticeably delayed, we'll email you, and you can cancel for a full refund.
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
- Please double-check your address before placing your order. We aren't responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout or for packages the carrier marks as delivered.
- If your package hasn't arrived 7 business days after its expected delivery date, email hello@maxwaggytail.com and we'll help you sort it out.
- As a home-based small business, we don't offer local pickup.
